General Instructions

Kindly read all instructions carefully before you click on PROCEED button at the bottom of this page.
The name of the applicant, father's name / mother's name, date of birth etc. should be spelt correctly in the form as it appears in the certificates.
It is mandatory to fill all fields which are marked ( * ) in red. If any field is not applicable for you, please write NA (Not Applicable).
An incomplete registration form will automatically be rejected.
After completing the form, click on 'Submit' button at the bottom of the page. You will receive an auto-generated Acknowledgement Receipt with a reference number.

Admission Procedure

Parents are to submit online Admission form through: Click Here
After the successful submission of online Admission form, the same to be downloaded and printed back to back on A4 sheet. Which is to be counter signed by HOD (for category-1 not required)
Submit the duly countersigned online Admission form at NCS (MBI) Office on working days 0930 to 1230 within seven days for completing the Admission formalities.
User Id and password of scientific study portal will be sent as SMS.

After fees payment MS Team ID for Online class will be sent on your registered Email ID.
Your Whatsapp number will be added to the Class group for Communication. kindly provide the correct number.

Documents to be produced at the time of Admission for class I

Original Birth Certificate for verification and a copy for submission
Copy of Aadhaar card (child and parents)

Documents to be produced at the time of Admission for class II to VIII, IX & XI (before CBSE Registration)

Transfer Certificate
Report Card
Service certificate issued by CO/ OIC/HOD or Transfer order
Copy of Aadhaar card. (child and parents)

Documents required for New Admission in class IX to XII (after CBSE Registration) on account of change of school.

Request letter from parent.
Previous school Transfer certificate.
Previous class Progress report card.
Registration Card/ Registration Number of CBSE of CLASS IX/XI.
Transfer order of parent attested in Blue Ink by the HOD of the present Unit.
Parents Serving certificate – Local residence address as per office record to be issued by the office where parent(s) of student joined after transfer.
Demand Draft of Rs.1000/- in favour of Secretary CBSE Pune.
In case of Foreign Board Equivalence Certificate received from Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
Copy of Aadhaar card. (child and parents)

Online Registration

Fill the serving person details click on “NEXT” button at the bottom of page.
Kindly read all guidelines/ instructions carefully before you click on “NEXT” button at the bottom of this page.
The name of the applicant student, father‟s name /mother‟s name, date of birth etc should be spelt correctly in the form as it appears in the birth certificate and transfer certificate of previous school as applicable. No correction will be allowed later stage.
It is mandatory to fill all fields which are marked ( * ) in red. If any field does not applicable for you, please write NA (Not Applicable).
An incomplete registration form will automatically be rejected.
After completing the form, click on “REGISTER” button at the bottom of the page. You will receive an auto-generated Acknowledgement Receipt with a reference number.
You will receive either a SMS or an E-mail (on your registered mail id) as an acknowledgement.
No print out of the registration form is required to be taken.
NOTE: Applicant must retain a copy of registration form and acknowledgement receipt for their record.
Amount Paid, if any at the time of registration of is non-refundable.

Note:

Admission for categories other than category-1 (Category 1 - Wards of Serving Naval personnel posted in station/ city (including Defence Security Corps posted in Naval units), OR Widows of Naval personnel died while in service.) will open subject to availability of vacancy.

Frequently Asked Questions

Online application for Transfer certificate feature is provided in the dash board of Entab campus care portal. Request for Transfer certificate is to be given at least one month in advance and Transfer certificate will be issued only on clearance of all dues. One cancelled cheque is to be submitted along with online application of Transfer Certificate for refund of Caution Money through NEFT transfer.
