1. Original Birth Certificate for verification and a copy for submission.
2. Copy of Aadhaar card (child and parents)

1. Transfer Certificate
2. Report card
3. Service certificate issued by co/ oic/hod or Transfer order
4. Copy of Aadhar card. (child and parents)

Documents required for New Admission in class IX to XII (after CBSE Registration) on account of change of school.

1. Request letter from parent.
2. Previous school Transfer certificate.
3. Previous class Progress report card.
4. Registration Card/ Registration Number of CBSE of CLASS IX/XI.
5. Transfer order of parent attested in Blue Ink by the HOD of the present Unit.
6. Parents Serving certificate – Local residence address as per office record to be issued by the office where parent(s) of student joined after transfer.
7. Demand Draft of Rs.1000/- in favour of Secretary CBSE Pune.
8. In case of Foreign Board Equivalence Certificate received from Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
9. Copy of Aadhaar card. (child and parents)

1. Online application for Transfer certificate feature is provided in the dash board of https://ncsmumbai.scientificstudy.in.
2. Request for Transfer certificate is to be given at least one month in advance and Transfer certificate will be issued only on clearance of all dues.
3. One cancelled cheque is to be submitted along with online application of Transfer Certificate for refund of Caution Money through NEFT transfer.
4. Duplicate copy of a Transfer Certificate is not normally issued. Duplicate copy may be issued on production of an affidavit that the original Transfer Certificate has been lost and penalty of Rs 100/- will be charged.
5. In case Transfer certificate has been applied for, there will be no cancellation. ReAdmission can be done.
6. If Transfer certificate is 11th or any date after 10th, fee for the whole month will be retained by the school.
